Cube Design is a digital design agency that offers a range of services including brand identity and website development. Based in Tonbridge, Kent, the company’s focus is on property marketing. It has developed a deep understanding of the sector and currently works with a number of leading property companies including Cushman & Wakefield, Capital REP and JLL.

The Challenge

The company moved into new premises where an existing security system was already installed. All was fine until the system began to malfunction. It was at this point Cube discovered there was no maintenance contract in place and no one to call to fix the problem.

The Solution

Following a recommendation, Cube contacted Red Alert. An engineer came out to the premises within 24 hours, repaired the fault, replaced the batteries and fully tested the system. Cube were so relieved that the system was back up and working so quickly, and impressed with the quality of the repair and the friendly efficiency of the engineer they instructed Red Alert to take-over the ongoing management of the system and set-up a maintenance agreement.

Red Alert can take over, repair, upgrade and manage any existing security system including: intruder alarms; CCTV; fire detection systems; access control.
