White becomes red in security firm takeover

Ashford-based security company Red Alert have completed the takeover
of Faversham-based firm White Car Security.
Red Alert, which was set up by owner Clive Gawler in 1993, will
take on around 500 new customers as a result of the buyout.
The firms expanding roster of clients already includes NHS trusts,
the prison service, government departments and local councils,
and they pride themselves on a mix of traditional service and new
technology.
Mr Gawler explains: "If an older person finds it hard to use the
normal keypad to set his or her alarm, we will go out of our way
to find something". |
